About Elli Beans

Hey! My name is Elliana, more commonly known as Elli. I discovered my passion for coffee a few years ago when I started working my first job, which was part coffee shop. I’ve always loved anything that involved crafting, science, or anything I could be creative with, so after learning the craft of making coffee drinks, that’s when my passion really kicked off.

When I first had the thought of opening my own shop, I never thought it would come to life so quickly as it did, or even at all. I especially didn’t expect it to grow into what it is today.

My goal with opening Elli Beans is to bring not only a convenient drive-thru option to Rogersville, but also a coffee shop that really cares about the craft of the drinks we serve. I wanted something high-quality, where coffee lovers could grab their drink on the go, but also something that might shine a little light on someone’s day. I’ve always wanted to do something meaningful, and I truly believe that even something as simple as making someone a coffee or treat for the day can have a big impact!
